Zirconia blankets are excellent refractory materials, made from high pure zirconia by special technique. They have a variety of characteristics:high melting point, low thermal conductivity , good chemical stability and quality of a material soft, flexible and low bulk density, etc. They are specially suitable for the work of laser crystal industries’ insulation situation. In the laser crystal growth furnace, zirconium blanket, as thermal insulation material, not only can reduce the energy consumption, but also improve the yield of crystal growth and crystal optical quality.
